Visiting Croz in the Studio...

I had the incredible opportunity to be a fly on the wall in the studio today and listen to David Crosby, Becca Stevens, Michelle Willis, and Michael League work on Crosby’s new Lighthouse Band album. I don’t have words to describe how good this record is going to be. From a couple rediscovered and reimagined tracks from ‘67 and ‘74, to brand new collaborations just written by all four last week...it’s just unreal. And the vocal stacks???? Oh my...unending chills and goosebumps. Croz is writing the best music of his life and is collaborating with three of the best musicians on the planet today....and he is ecstatic.

I also played a few of my songs for David, and we played a little of Guinnevere together, and noodled in some tunings he showed me. Pictured here are his cherished 1969 Martin D45’s. Yeah...they sound and play exactly as you would imagine them to...

What a day. Thank you Croz for your continued kindness and encouragement! I am so grateful...
